IMPORTANT INFORMATION AND FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
NEW CLIENT FAQ:
What does the initial Meet & Greet include, and is it required?
The Meet & Greet is a required first step for all new clients before scheduling services. This complimentary visit takes place in your home, where one to two pet sitters will meet you and your pets, learn your routine, and gather all necessary care details.
We’ll also review any paperwork and policies to ensure a smooth experience. To help things go efficiently, please complete the “My Info” and “Pets” sections in your client portal beforehand.
We’re happy to answer questions and walk you through paperwork during the visit if needed. To allow proper setup, services must begin at least one week after the Meet & Greet.
Will the same pet sitter visit my animals?
We prioritize assigning the same one to two pet care professionals for each booking to maintain consistency and comfort for your pets. For overnight care, we typically schedule the same sitter whenever possible.
Occasionally, due to illness, time off, or busy holiday periods, a different sitter may step in. When this happens, we still aim to keep your pet care team as consistent as possible.
Consistency is especially important for pets who are anxious or require medications, and we prioritize building familiarity and trust in every visit.
How will I receive updates about my pet, and which platform do you use for communication?
Time To Pet serves as our central platform for communication, scheduling services, and processing payments. You will receive photos and pictures via our time to pet app. The daily reports occur during each visit and will update you on your animal's bathroom habits, playtime, feeding routine, medication routine, and overall well-being.

PAYMENT POLICIES FAQ:
Could you please share how often and for what duration you will visit my pet each day along with how to schedule services?
At SunnyRose Pet Services LLC, we understand that each household's pet care needs are unique. Drop-in visits and walks are scheduled within set time windows: 6am–10am, 10am–3pm, 3pm–7pm, and 7pm–10pm. When booking, you’ll choose the time frame that works best for you, and your visit will take place within that window.
We’re always happy to consider preferred timing (for example, around 11am within the 10am–3pm window) and will do our best to accommodate. While exact arrival times cannot be guaranteed, you can feel confident that your service will be completed within your selected time frame. You’re welcome to include a more specific preferred time, if needed, in the “Events” section located just below your selected time frame.
You may schedule up to four visits per day. If your pet needs more frequent care or additional time between visits, we recommend exploring our house sitting options for more consistent support.
During our meet-and-greet, we'll discuss and tailor a visitation schedule that best suits your pet's routine and well-being. To ensure optimal care, our standard policy includes a minimum of 3 visits within a 24-hour period for dogs, and at least 1 visit every 48 hours for cats and caged pets. We also ask for Farm and "Live Stock" animals to be checked at least 1 visit within a 24 hour period.
Please note that we are insured for dog, cats, and caged animals, but we are not insured for farm animals/live stock animals at this time.
